Chairman (Non-Executive )
Gerard is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of O’Dwyer Real Estate Management. Gerard was a Partner in KPMG for 25 years and Chairman of its Corporate Finance Division.
Gerard advised Public and Private Companies, State and Semi-State bodies on Merger and Acquisition Activities, Fundraising, Project Finance, Corporate and Financial Structuring and Strategy determination.
Gerard has been Chairman of the Board since 2012.
Chief Executive Officer
Siobhan O’Dwyer, the founder and CEO of ODREM has over 30 years’ experience in property and real estate investment management. A Chartered Surveyor, she provides advisory and receivership services to a range of financial institutions including NAMA and the Irish Banks.
She also manages key client relationships with the firm’s corporate clients including international investors, portfolio owners and pension funds.
Siobhan is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She was the inaugural Chair of the Property and Facilities Management Professional Group and also served as a Council Member with the SCSI for two terms.
She has chaired various professional committees and served on several Government appointed advisory bodies in relation to the legislative enactment of the Property Services Regulatory Authority Act 2011 and the Multi Unit Development (MUD) Act 2011.
Ivan is Finance Director and responsible for defining and delivering the financial strategy of the business while ensuring a high-performance team are engaged in the delivery of all business objectives. Before joining the firm, Ivan was 20 years with Coillte and held the position of CFO. Coillte, is the largest land owner in the State with a significant land development business.
Ivan was awarded a BA in Economics from University College Dublin and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA).
Sam is Commercial Director and responsible for Key Client Service Delivery, Performance and Development including Best Practice & Customer Excellence. Sam joined the Finance division in 2006 as an Accountant and in 2011 moved into Senior Management when he oversaw the establishment of the firm’s Property Receivership and Advisory Services for institutional clients including NAMA and AIB.
Sam also now leads the Investment Fund Client Services and a team of Chartered Surveyors and QFA’s who work on large scale loan sale portfolios with property assets spread across all of Ireland.
Sam is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
