Chief Executive Officer

Siobhan O’Dwyer, the founder and CEO of ODREM has over 30 years’ experience in property and real estate investment management. A Chartered Surveyor, she provides advisory and receivership services to a range of financial institutions including NAMA and the Irish Banks.

She also manages key client relationships with the firm’s corporate clients including international investors, portfolio owners and pension funds.

Siobhan is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She was the inaugural Chair of the Property and Facilities Management Professional Group and also served as a Council Member with the SCSI for two terms.

She has chaired various professional committees and served on several Government appointed advisory bodies in relation to the legislative enactment of the Property Services Regulatory Authority Act 2011 and the Multi Unit Development (MUD) Act 2011.

Denis O’Connor MSCSI, MRICS

Chief Operations Officer

Denis O’Connor is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in property and asset management in Ireland and overseas.

Before joining ODREM, Denis held the position of CEO of Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties and prior to that he was CEO of Irish Estates Ltd, where he was responsible for many high profile portfolios on behalf of, among others, Irish Life and PwC.

Denis’s key expertise lies in the formulation and implementation of large scale mixed use property management strategies, business planning, asset acquisitions, and the delivery of complex multi-million euro development projects.

Christine Nelson MSCSI, MRICS

Chief Investment Officer

Christine Nelson is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the property market, specialising in investment sales and acquisitions, asset management and asset recovery.

Before joining ODREM, Christine was an Asset Recovery Manager with NAMA and prior to that

a Senior Investment Surveyor with Irish Life Investment Managers where she oversaw multi-million euro property deals and asset managed many high profile properties.

Gerard Flood FCA

Chairman (Non-Executive)

Gerard Flood is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of O’Dwyer Real Estate Management.  Gerard was a partner in KPMG for 25 years and Chairman of its Corporate Finance division.

He has advised public and private companies, State and Semi-State Bodies on merger and acquisition activity, fundraising, project finance, corporate and financial structuring and strategy determination.
