CSR – Making the world a better place in our small way

We integrate social and environmental concerns into our mainstream business operations on a voluntary basis. By incorporating CSR into our business model we maximise shared value through collaboration with all stakeholders.

Our team regularly participate voluntarily in various activities to raise money for our charity partner St Vincent’s de Paul and we look for new ways in which we can contribute in some small manner to making our community a better place.

Our core Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) elements are: Charity, Community; Environment; and Education.

Our Charity Partner is The Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP).

A number of fund raising initiatives occur each year to support the work of SVP which saw various O’Dwyer teams participate successfully in ‘Hell & Back’, Best Dressed Christmas Desk, Jersey Day and more…

we also donate time and support to other charities with which staff have individual affiliations including Goal, and Laura Lynn Hospice Foundation.

O’Dwyer may have a very strong team in the office, but we also have a great team in the field, or more specifically on the pitch. O’Dwyer is proud to give our full support and sponsorship to Naomh Mearnog’s Minor GAA Football Team in Portmarknock.

O’ Dwyer is committed to contributing positively to our environment and with our Environmental ISO 14001 Accreditation aim to reduce our environmental footprint through projects that reduce waste; recycle and conserve energy.
