our range of student opportunities.

Work Experience

We offer short-term work experience opportunities for both Transition Year (TY) and Third Level students.

TY Programme

At O’Dwyer Real Estate Management we offer one and two-week interactive work programmes designed specifically for TY students. The aim of the programme is to provide the student with valuable insights into the property industry through exposure to our multi-disciplinary team and work activity.

Third Level Students TY Programme

Third Level students can also avail of one and two-week programmes designed to provide a synopsis of the work activity at the firm and some hands-on practical work experience with our expert property teams. This opportunity will allow the student to familiarise themselves with the day-to-day running of a top property firm and introduce them to the fundamental principles of property management.

Third Level Summer / Holiday Internship

For the Third Level student, O’Dwyer Real Estate Management offer opportunities for the student to deep-dive into our multi-disciplined property environment. With this intense learning and development-based opportunity, the student can rotate between our four core operational departments (PRS / Investment Management, Facilities Management, Property Solutions
and Property Recovery) or participate in a more focused programme within one of our core operations.

Graduate Programme

O’Dwyer Real Estate Management are excited to announce that they are currently accepting applications for the 2019 Graduate Programme. Placements will commence at the beginning of September 2019.
